Separately staffed and costed condition, dilapidation, handover and acceptance surveys are carried out by expert personnel with over 30 years’ experience and technical leadership in developing standards. We can advise you on the choices of analytical techniques and standards to fulfil specification or contract. Preferred Vacuum Testing (PVT, also known as NADCA or ‘dust’ tests), Deposit Thickness Tests (DTT, using an electro-magnetic induction gauge) are routinely provided. Other dust collection and measurement methods, such as solvent ‘swab’ wipes and on-site weighing can be supplied. We can help you navigate potential microbiological or chemical analysis requirements.
